Create a List of Prime Numbers
This calculator lets you create a list of prime numbers.
How does this calculator work?
It is very simple to use. In the "Start" field (starting number), you specify the number from which the list should begin. The "Count" field (number of results) is the total number of prime numbers to calculate.
Example of creating a list
Suppose we want to know all the prime numbers starting from 36, but only the first 20 results. The image below shows the results.
Note about the "Count" field
For performance reasons, the total in the "Count" field is limited to 1000.
What is the point of having a list of prime numbers?
A list of prime numbers can be used to simplify fractions in order to reduce them to their lowest terms.
This list also makes it possible to work exclusively with numbers that are only divisible by 1 and by themselves.
